These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ramtek Intelligence, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website at ramtekintelligence.com and our AI-powered software platform for law firms (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a law firm or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Ramtek Intelligence provides a subscription-based AI software platform designed exclusively for small to mid-size law firms. The platform includes tools such as:
Tool availability depends on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time, with notice to active subscribers where reasonably practicable.
Our platform uses a firm-first model. When you register, you create an account on behalf of your law firm ("Firm Account"). You become the firm administrator and are responsible for all activity under that account, including activity by team members you invite.
You may invite additional users ("team members") to your Firm Account up to the number of users included with your plan. Additional users can be added at any time at the applicable per-user rate set out in Section 3. All users count toward your plan's included number, regardless of role — attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff alike. You are responsible for ensuring all team members comply with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at ramtekintelligence@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.
Core — $499/month per firm, up to 3 users | Professional — $1,299/month per firm, up to 8 users | Enterprise — custom pricing, unlimited users
Core and Professional are billed as a flat monthly fee per firm, not per user, and are billed in advance through our payment processor (monthly, or annually at a discount). The flat fee covers the number of users included with that plan, as stated above.
Additional users. You may add users beyond your plan's included number at the applicable per-user rate — currently $149/user/month on Core and $99/user/month on Professional — billed as a separate recurring line item, prorated for the remainder of the then-current billing period.
Enterprise. Enterprise subscriptions are negotiated individually and are not available for self-service purchase. Pricing, included users, and any additional terms are set out in a separate written order or agreement between you and us, which controls over the standard pricing in this section to the extent it conflicts.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Plans include a generous monthly allowance of AI interactions, scaled to the number of users on your account, set well above typical firm usage. We may temporarily limit or suspend AI processing on an account that materially exceeds its allowance, or that uses the Services in a way that degrades performance for other customers. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before doing so, and will work with you to move to a plan that fits your usage. Current allowances are available on request.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at ramtekintelligence@gmail.com within that period and we will refund your first month's payment. This guarantee applies once per firm, to the first billing cycle of a new subscription only.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Outside the 30-day money-back guarantee above, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment remains outstanding after reasonable retry attempts, your account access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
The Website Intake Assistant is included with the Professional and Enterprise plans at no additional charge. It is not available on the Core plan.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription. We will charge applicable taxes where required by law.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Our Services use artificial intelligence to assist attorneys and legal staff with drafting, research, and administrative tasks. You acknowledge and agree that:
The Services, including all software, design, trademarks, trade names, logos, text, graphics, and content created by Ramtek Intelligence, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal law firm operations during your subscription term.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Services ("User Content"), including documents, case information, and text inputs to AI tools. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
We do not use your User Content to train AI models. Your inputs are transmitted to our AI infrastructure provider's API for processing under that provider's API terms, which prohibit using API inputs for model training without consent.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that doing so does not violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party rights (including client confidentiality obligations).
We treat your firm's data and client information submitted through the platform as confidential. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk with respect to data security.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with your professional confidentiality obligations, including attorney-client privilege rules in your jurisdiction.
Our Services integrate with third-party providers for AI processing, payment processing, email delivery, application hosting, and database management. Your use of the Services is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties. A full list of subprocessors is available upon request. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) AI-generated content will be accurate or legally appropriate.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAMTEK INTELLIGENCE, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $500.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ramtek Intelligence, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content; (c) your use of the Services; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you maintain an active account or subscription. Either party may terminate at any time:
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
Because your account may contain client information, we apply a defined retention and deletion schedule rather than keeping your data indefinitely:
You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing ramtekintelligence@gmail.com. Billing and payment records are retained separately as required by tax and accounting law, and backups may persist for a short period before being overwritten in the ordinary course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.
