Know where the firm stands, without a spreadsheet afternoon.
Upload an export from your billing or case system and ask plain-English questions: who is under 85% realization, which practice areas earn most, which matters have gone quiet. The totals are calculated in code, not guessed. A short summary of the week also arrives by email every Monday.
How it works
Export a report
In Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther or any system, run the report you need and export it as a spreadsheet (CSV) file.
Upload it
Drop the file in, up to 5 MB, or paste the contents. You see a preview with the row and column counts. You can try it first with sample firm data.
Ask a question
Type one, or click Full Analysis, Practice Areas, Realization Rates, At-Risk Matters, Trend Analysis, Revenue Forecast or Attorney Benchmark.
Read, export, decide
The answer leads with what matters. It is saved to the firm's history and can be exported.
Watch it work
Two questions asked of a small spreadsheet from a fictional firm, and the Monday email. The cursor shows each step. Every result is a shortened sample with made-up numbers.

Two ways to use it
By hand, when you have a question
Upload a report and ask. Good before a partners' meeting, a review of how an attorney is doing, or a decision about which practice area to grow.
- Any columns work, up to 5 MB
- Seven one-click questions, or ask your own
- Totals and averages calculated by code from up to 5,000 rows
- Answers saved to the firm's history and exportable
By email, every Monday
The firm administrator gets a short summary without logging in or uploading anything.
- How many AI actions the firm ran this week
- How many new leads were captured
- A count for each tool the firm used
- Sent to paid firms only, never during a free trial
What it includes
Upload or paste
Upload a CSV file up to 5 MB or paste its contents. A preview shows the rows and columns.
Totals calculated in code
Sums, averages, minimums and maximums for your numeric columns, and totals by the first text column with a sensible number of categories, such as attorney or practice area. The AI cites these and does not recompute them.
Full Analysis
An overview of the data, key trends, three to five actionable findings, anything unusual, and recommendations.
Practice Areas
Which practice areas produce the most billable hours and revenue.
Realization Rates
Realization by attorney, flagging anyone below 85%.
At-Risk Matters
Matters that look stalled or at risk of going quiet.
Trend Analysis
Month-over-month or year-over-year movement in billing and realization across attorneys.
Revenue Forecast
An estimate of next quarter's revenue from current patterns, flagging attorneys or practice areas at risk.
Attorney Benchmark
Each attorney's realization rate and hours against the firm average, ranked.
Your own question
Ask anything about the data in plain English.
Sample firm data
Try the tool on made-up data before you upload your own.
Export and history
Export an answer, and find earlier analyses in the firm's history.
Monday email
The week's AI actions, new leads and a count by tool, emailed to the firm administrator.
How the quality is controlled
Arithmetic done by code
Sums and averages are calculated from your data by code and given to the AI as verified totals. The AI is told never to recompute them.
Written like a managing partner
Findings are tied to revenue, client service and firm growth, and the answer leads with the two or three that matter.
Risk patterns flagged
Falling billable hours, a drop in collections, or too much depending on one client are called out.
Short by design
About 300 to 700 words. Anything that does not lead to a decision is left out.
Your profile applied
Your firm's tone and context are applied, like every other tool.
Your check comes first
It reads the file you upload. Check a finding against your own records before you act on it.
What it does not do
It does not connect to your system
You export a spreadsheet and upload it. It has no live connection to Clio, MyCase or PracticePanther.
It does not replace your accountant
It is not accounting or tax advice.
It does not read your whole file
It reads the first 8,000 characters directly, plus totals calculated from up to 5,000 rows.
A forecast is an estimate
It comes from patterns in the file you upload and is not a promise.
Ask it the way your partners would.
Your export, your columns, your questions.
Your columns
Any headers work. Include attorney, practice area or matter, and billed and collected hours for the best results.
Your questions
Ask about a single attorney, a practice area or a month. The seven buttons are only a start.
AI Configuration
Administrators can add the firm's own tone and context, applied to every tool.
How firms use it
Realization reviews
See who is under 85% and where the unpaid hours sit.
Choosing what to grow
Compare practice areas by hours, revenue and revenue per hour.
Partners' meetings
Walk in with a short, plain answer instead of a table.
Spotting quiet matters
Ask which matters have stalled before a client asks.
Planning the quarter
Get an estimate of next quarter's revenue and what puts it at risk.
Knowing the week
Read the Monday email and see how much the firm used the tools.
Firm Analytics, by plan.
| Feature | Core | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upload a spreadsheet and ask questions | No | Yes | Yes |
| All seven one-click questions | No | Yes | Yes |
| Export and history | No | Yes | Yes |
| Monday email to the administrator | No | Yes | Yes |
Every question uses one AI action from the firm's monthly usage, which is 700 per person on Professional. The Monday email does not use any. See pricing.
What happens to what you upload.
Billing data is sensitive, so the answers are written down in plain terms.
Not used to train AI
Our AI provider's terms prohibit using what we send to train its models. It may keep requests for up to 30 days for safety monitoring, then deletes it.
Kept apart by firm
Each firm's analyses are visible only to that firm. Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and two-step sign-in is available.
Strip names you do not need
If a report includes client names, remove that column before you upload it. The page reminds you.
Yours to remove
You can ask for deletion at any time. If you cancel, your data is kept for 30 days, you are reminded, and then it is deleted.

What firms ask before they start.
Does it connect to Clio, MyCase or PracticePanther?
Not directly. You export a report from your system as a spreadsheet (CSV) file and upload it, or paste the contents. The page explains where the export is in each of those systems.
What kind of spreadsheet works?
Any columns work. The AI reads whatever headers you provide. For the best answers include the attorney, the matter or practice area, and billed and collected hours or amounts. Files can be up to 5 MB.
Are the numbers calculated or estimated?
Calculated. Before the AI answers, code adds up your numeric columns from up to the first 5,000 rows and groups them by the first text column that has a sensible number of categories, such as attorney or practice area. The AI is told to cite those exact totals and never to recompute them.
Does the AI read my whole file?
It reads the first 8,000 characters of the spreadsheet directly, plus the totals calculated from up to 5,000 rows. For a long export, ask about the grouped totals, or upload the section you care about.
What can I ask?
Anything about the data. Seven one-click questions are built in: Full Analysis, Practice Areas, Realization Rates, At-Risk Matters, Trend Analysis, Revenue Forecast and Attorney Benchmark.
How long are the answers?
About 300 to 700 words, leading with the findings. Anything that does not lead to a decision is left out.
Is the forecast reliable?
It is an estimate from the patterns in the file you upload, not a prediction. Treat it as a prompt for a conversation, and check it against your own records.
Can I keep the answers?
Yes. Each answer is saved to the firm's history and you can export it.
What is the Monday email?
Every Monday the firm administrator receives a summary of the week: how many AI actions the firm ran, how many new leads were captured, and a count for each tool. It needs no upload and it does not read your billing data.
Who gets the Monday email?
The firm administrator, on paid Professional and Enterprise plans. It is not sent during a free trial.
Should I remove client names before uploading?
It is a good habit. The page suggests it. If a report includes client names you do not need for the question, remove that column first.
Is it accounting or tax advice?
No. It reads your spreadsheet and points out patterns for a managing partner to consider. It does not replace your accountant.
Is my firm's data used to train AI models?
No. Our AI provider's terms prohibit using what we send through its API to train models. The provider may keep it for up to 30 days for trust-and-safety monitoring and then deletes it.
