This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Ramtek Intelligence, LLC uses on ramtekintelligence.com and in our AI tools, why we use them, and how you can change your choice. For how we handle personal information more generally, see our Privacy Notice.
These are needed for the platform to work. We do not ask for consent to use them, because the service cannot run without them.

When you first visit, the cookie banner asks you to accept or decline analytics. Your answer is stored in your browser's local storage under the name ramtek_cookies. It is not sent to us, and it does not identify you. We use it only to remember your choice and not ask again.
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and how people move around the website. It does not read the content of your documents. Analytics loads unless you choose Decline on the banner; choosing Decline stops it from loading. The analytics cookies it sets (names beginning _ga) are used only for these measurements. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share analytics data.
The platform keeps a few preferences in your browser's local storage, such as which walkthrough steps you have already seen and which milestone messages you have dismissed. These entries are kept in your browser only. They are not used to track you across other websites, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
You can change your analytics choice at any time with the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page. That clears your saved choice and reopens the banner. You can also block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the login cookies, you will not be able to stay logged in.
