Ask. Get the answer with its sources.
Legal answers that are researched, not recalled, built on your state's law, with links you can open and check.
It looks things up before it answers.
For legal questions the assistant searches case law and official sources such as state legislature sites, the federal courts and the Code of Federal Regulations. It will not cite a case that did not come back from a search, and it says plainly when a point could not be confirmed.
- Answers lead with the answer, then the authority, and stay as short as the question allows
- Applies your firm's state first, and tells you when federal law or another state's law governs
- Asks a quick multiple-choice question first when the answer depends on something it cannot guess

It knows your clients and matters, and asks before changing anything.
On Professional and Enterprise, the assistant can search your clients, open a matter and list deadlines. When you ask it to create a client, add a note or schedule a deadline, it shows you a card with exactly what it will do. Nothing changes until you press Confirm.
- Lookups run immediately and are shown as a short status line
- Changes are only ever proposed, then confirmed by you
- Every confirmed change is logged
Example
