Accessibility

We want people with disabilities to be able to use Ramtek Intelligence, including attorneys and staff who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control or magnification. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

Where we are

We have not had an independent accessibility audit, and we do not claim full conformance. What we build toward, which we have not yet verified page by page:

• Text and controls use high-contrast colors on a dark background, and pages work at phone width and when zoomed.
• Buttons, links and forms can be reached with a keyboard, and a visible focus ring shows where you are.
• Animation respects your device's "reduce motion" setting. With it on, the scrolling demo on our home page shows its finished state and does not animate.

Known limits

• Some parts of the product, such as the chat window, the scrolling product demo and the card carousels, may not work well with every assistive technology yet.
• Documents our tools create are plain text and Word files, which your own software can read, but we do not guarantee that every export is tagged for screen readers.

Ask for help

If something on our site or in our product is hard for you to use, or you need information in another format, email support@ramtekintelligence.com with the page and what went wrong. We will answer within five business days and work with you on a fix or another way to get what you need. We treat these reports as bugs and fix them.
