How this is measured
Every five minutes, Ramtek's own servers check that the database answers and record the result. Uptime is the share of those five-minute checks that succeeded; a five-minute slot with no recorded check (for example while the service was down or restarting for a release) counts as down. The percentage is only shown once there is at least an hour of data, and never claims a window longer than Ramtek has been measuring.
AI processing shows the state reported by our AI provider on its own public status page. Ramtek does not measure it, and a provider problem can slow or pause drafting even when everything of ours is up.
