Drafts that sound like your firm.
Upload your firm's own work: its style guide, model letters, prior briefs and executed contracts. When an attorney drafts a document, writes an email, reviews a contract or builds a strategy memo, Ramtek follows your firm's voice and uses the passages that match the request. Only your firm can see them.

Your work, in every draft.
Your voice, your terms
Fees, retainer wording, signature language and house style come from documents the firm already uses.
Used in four tools
The Document Drafter, Email Assistant, Contract Analyzer and Litigation Strategy all read the library.
Save approved work
After an attorney reviews a draft, a firm admin can save it to the library with one click.

Your documents stay with your firm.
Library documents are visible only to your firm.
The short version
Only the passages that match a request, and a short style sample, are sent to the AI provider, and only while that request runs. Library documents are deleted with the rest of the account on the 30-day schedule after a cancellation.

Before you add a document.
Who can add documents?
Firm admins upload, save and delete them. Every attorney at the firm can read the list and benefits from the drafts.
Can I upload a Word or PDF file?
Yes. Upload Word (.docx), PDF or text files, up to about 9 MB each, and choose several at once. A scanned PDF has no text to read, so paste its text instead.
What does the style guide do?
If you label a document as a style guide, a short sample from it is added to every request, so the draft follows your tone, sentence length and formatting.
Does it learn on its own?
No. It only uses documents a firm admin uploads or saves. Nothing is added automatically, and nothing is used to train a model.
What happens when I delete a document?
It stops being used for new drafts straight away.
Does it change drafts I already made?
No. Only new requests use the library.
Which tools use it?
The Document Drafter, Email Assistant, Contract Analyzer and Litigation Strategy.
What if a library document is out of date?
The draft follows what the document says, so keep your documents current. Every draft is still for attorney review.
