How the tools fit a family law matter, the documents involved and the rules they draft around.
Start to finish, in sequence
The first call
The Website Intake Assistant talks to a visitor at any hour, collects their name, contact details and a short account of the situation, and saves them to Matter Management as an Inquiry with a draft follow-up.
The rules
Ask the AI Law Assistant how your state handles the question, such as parenting plan requirements or relocation notice, with its sources. Matter Management keeps the hearing dates you enter.
The plan or the motion
The Document Drafter writes the parenting plan, settlement letter or motion from the facts you give, in your state's terms. Save a hearing date and the draft is written a few days ahead.
The follow-through
Reply to the other side's counsel with the Email Assistant, and on Enterprise plan the case itself with Litigation Strategy.

Family rules differ by matter and by state
Ramtek's state reference file covers filing periods for injury and contract claims. It does not yet cover family procedure, so for these matters the tools answer from the statute with its sources, and the table below lists the Florida rules the tools already draft around.
| Matter | Where the rule comes from | What the tool does |
|---|---|---|
| Parenting plan | Fla. Stat. § 61.13 | Drafts the plan in Florida's terms: parental responsibility, time-sharing, holidays |
| Relocation of a parent | Fla. Stat. § 61.13001 | Writes the notice and consent steps. It does not decide whether a move qualifies |
| Child support | Florida child support guidelines, Fla. Stat. § 61.30 | Explains the method with its sources. The figures come from the worksheet you run |
Confirm the current rule for your state before you rely on it. Rules change, and local practice differs.
Left to the attorney
It does not decide custody
It drafts the plan the parents agree to or the one you propose. The court decides what is in the children's best interests.
It does not calculate child support
It explains the guideline method with its sources. You run the worksheet with the parties' actual figures.
It does not replace a court evaluation
It cannot stand in for a guardian ad litem, a custody evaluation or a court-ordered assessment.
It does not send or file
Every plan, letter and email is a draft for an attorney to review and send.
