From the first consultation to the parenting plan.

Capture the call that comes in after hours, draft the parenting plan in your state's own terms, and keep the hearing dates in one place. Every draft is for an attorney to review before it is used.

A matter, start to finish

1

The first call

The Website Intake Assistant talks to a visitor at any hour, collects their name, contact details and a short account of the situation, and saves them to Matter Management as an Inquiry with a draft follow-up.

2

The rules

Ask the AI Law Assistant how your state handles the question, such as parenting plan requirements or relocation notice, with its sources. Matter Management keeps the hearing dates you enter.

3

The plan or the motion

The Document Drafter writes the parenting plan, settlement letter or motion from the facts you give, in your state's terms. Save a hearing date and the draft is written a few days ahead.

4

The follow-through

Reply to the other side's counsel with the Email Assistant, and on Enterprise plan the case itself with Litigation Strategy.

Family rules differ by matter and by state

Ramtek's state reference file covers filing periods for injury and contract claims. It does not yet cover family procedure, so for these matters the tools answer from the statute with its sources, and the table below lists the Florida rules the tools already draft around.

MatterWhere the rule comes fromWhat the tool does
Parenting planFla. Stat. § 61.13Drafts the plan in Florida's terms: parental responsibility, time-sharing, holidays
Relocation of a parentFla. Stat. § 61.13001Writes the notice and consent steps. It does not decide whether a move qualifies
Child supportFlorida child support guidelines, Fla. Stat. § 61.30Explains the method with its sources. The figures come from the worksheet you run

Confirm the current rule for your state before you rely on it. Rules change, and local practice differs.

What it does not do

It does not decide custody

It drafts the plan the parents agree to or the one you propose. The court decides what is in the children's best interests.

It does not calculate child support

It explains the guideline method with its sources. You run the worksheet with the parties' actual figures.

It does not replace a court evaluation

It cannot stand in for a guardian ad litem, a custody evaluation or a court-ordered assessment.

It does not send or file

Every plan, letter and email is a draft for an attorney to review and send.

Which plan includes what

Questions

What family law firms ask before they start.

Does Ramtek decide custody or support?

No. It drafts the parenting plan the parents agree to or the one you propose. The court decides what is in the children's best interests, and support figures come from the guideline worksheet you run.

Can it write a parenting plan?

Yes. The Document Drafter writes a parenting plan in Florida's terms, using the words the statute uses: parental responsibility and time-sharing, not custody and visitation. A Detailed plan runs about 4,000 to 6,000 words. It is a draft for an attorney to review.

Does it handle relocation?

It writes the relocation steps from section 61.13001 when a plan needs them. It does not decide whether a particular move qualifies, which depends on the facts.

How does a website inquiry reach us?

On Professional and Enterprise, the Website Intake Assistant collects the visitor's name, contact details and a short account of the situation, saves them to Matter Management as an Inquiry, and drafts a follow-up for an attorney to review. Nothing is sent to the visitor without an attorney.

Is it legal advice?

No. Everything it writes is a draft for an attorney to review. Its answers come with sources so you can check them.

Is my firm's data used to train AI models?

No. Our AI provider's terms prohibit using what we send through its API to train models. The provider may keep it for up to 30 days for trust-and-safety monitoring and then deletes it.
