How Workflow Templates works, what it includes, and what controls the result.
How it works
Pick a template
Choose the Client Intake Qualifier, Contract Review, Billing Narrative, Demand Letter Drafter, NDA Analyzer or your own Custom Workflow.
Paste the raw material
Intake notes, a contract, an NDA, time entries or case facts, up to 30,000 characters.
Run it
A list of steps shows what is happening as it runs.
Review the result
You get a structured result in the same sections every time. Copy it, edit it and decide what to do.
What it includes, in full
Results run about 500 to 1,200 words, and up to about 2,000 for a long document. Every result in the demo above is a shortened sample.
Client Intake Qualifier
Triage for a new inquiry. Covers a case score from 0 to 100 with a reason, the matter type, urgency, the key facts, red flags, the likely limitations period, five questions for the first meeting and a recommended next step.
Contract Review
A full review of a contract. Covers a plain-English summary, key terms, each party's obligations, risk clauses quoted with the practical consequence, missing protections, negotiation leverage, an overall risk rating and a recommended action.
Billing Narrative
Rough time entries rewritten into professional billing language. Each entry leads with an action verb, names the document, party or issue, and keeps to one or two lines. The time is never added to or changed.
Demand Letter Drafter
A formal demand letter from case facts. Covers the opening, a chronological statement of facts, the legal basis, itemized damages, the demand, a 14-day response deadline and the consequences of not responding.
NDA Analyzer
A full look at a non-disclosure agreement. Covers whether it is mutual or one-way and who it favors, how broad the definition of confidential information is, duration, permitted disclosures, aggressive or unusual clauses, missing protections, negotiation priorities and a recommendation.
Custom Workflow
Write your own instructions and an input template with a placeholder for the pasted text, and run it on anything.
Step list
Each run shows its steps as they happen, so nobody wonders whether it is working.
How the result is controlled
The same sections every time
Each template asks for a fixed set of sections, so two attorneys running it get the same shape of result.
Written from a practitioner's seat
Each template speaks as the role that does the work: an intake coordinator, a contracts attorney, a billing specialist, a litigator.
Plain English with the risk quoted
Contract and NDA reviews quote the exact language and say what it means in practice.
Nothing added to your time
The Billing Narrative rewrites what you gave it and does not inflate or add time.
Your profile applied
Your state, practice areas and firm context shape every run.
Your review comes first
Every result is a draft for an attorney. Check it before it is relied on or sent.
What it does not do
It does not run by itself
A person pastes text in and runs it. It does not watch your inbox or your files.
It does not send or file
The result stays on your screen until you copy it.
It does not set deadlines by your state's rules
The demand letter template uses a 14-day response deadline. Use the Document Drafter when your state's pre-suit notice rules decide it.
It does not read scans
Paste text. For a scanned contract, use the Contract Analyzer.
Setting it up, and how firms use it
The templates are a starting point. A Custom Workflow is how your firm's own process goes in.
Your instructions
Tell it who it is and what to produce, in your firm's words.
Your input template
Write the prompt around a placeholder where the pasted text goes.
For the whole firm
Every attorney and staff member at the firm can use the templates and write a custom one.
How firms use it
The first look at an inquiry
Triage a new intake the same way each time before an attorney calls back.
A contract on a deadline
Get a summary, the risk clauses and the missing protections in minutes.
End-of-week billing
Turn rough time entries into narratives a client will not dispute.
A quick NDA check
See what is aggressive or missing before you send comments.
A first demand letter draft
Start from the facts and have a letter ready to edit.
Your own checklist
Turn a routine your firm repeats into a Custom Workflow.
