From the injury report to the benefits you are owed.

Capture the worker hurt on the job when benefits stop, draft the client letters and the petition in plain English, and keep every notice and filing date in one place. Every draft is for an attorney to review before it is used.

The Website Intake Assistant talks to a worker at any hour, collects their name and contact details, and saves the injury date and what happened as an Inquiry.

2

The rules

Ask the AI Law Assistant about the notice period, the petition period and the doctor-change rule, with its sources. Matter Management keeps the dates you enter.

3

4

The follow-through

Reply to the carrier or its adjuster with the Email Assistant. Each draft is saved for review and nothing is sent without you.

Watch it work

Workers' compensation rules come from Florida's chapter 440

Florida workers' compensation is governed by chapter 440 of the Florida Statutes. The table lists the rules the tools draft around, with the section each one comes from. Payments made on a claim can change when the petition period runs, so the attorney checks the payment record.

MatterWhere the rule comes fromWhat the tool does
Notice of injury to the employerFla. Stat. § 440.185(1)Drafts the reminder to report the injury within 30 days. The attorney checks the date the worker reported it
Petition for benefitsFla. Stat. § 440.19Gives the two-year period from the date of injury, and explains that payments can change when it runs
Change of authorized doctorFla. Stat. § 440.13Explains the rule on who may treat the worker at the carrier's expense, including the one-time change. The attorney confirms the current procedure

Confirm the current rule and the Judge of Compensation Claims' practice before you rely on it. The statute is amended from time to time.

What it does not do

It does not read medical records for you

There is no dedicated medical-records tool. Check any summary against the records, and the doctor's restrictions against the claim.

It does not value a claim

It does not estimate benefits, impairment ratings or a settlement amount. It drafts around the figures you give it.

It does not file with the court

Nothing is filed with the Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims or sent to a carrier. Every petition and letter is a draft for an attorney to review.

It does not choose a doctor

It explains the rules on authorized doctors. Which doctor treats the worker is a medical and legal decision for the attorney and the client.

Which plan includes what

For a workers' compensation firm, by plan.

Questions

What workers' compensation firms ask before they start.

Does Ramtek decide the petition deadline?

No. It gives the two-year period from the date of injury with its source. Payments on the claim can change when it runs, so an attorney checks the payment record and confirms every date.

Can it draft the letter about an independent medical exam?

Yes. The Document Drafter writes a plain-English client letter explaining the exam, what to bring and what not to sign, from the facts you give. It is a draft for an attorney to review.

Does it know the doctor-change rule?

The AI Law Assistant explains the rule in section 440.13 with its source, including the one-time change. The attorney confirms the current procedure before advising the worker.

How does a worker's call reach us?

On Professional and Enterprise, the Website Intake Assistant collects the worker's name, contact details and the injury date, saves them to Matter Management as an Inquiry, and drafts a follow-up for an attorney to review. Nothing is sent to the worker without an attorney.

Is it legal advice?

No. Everything it writes is a draft for an attorney to review. Its answers come with sources so you can check them.

Is my firm's data used to train AI models?

No. Our AI provider's terms prohibit using what we send through its API to train models. The provider may keep it for up to 30 days for trust-and-safety monitoring and then deletes it.
