From the first plan to the signed will.
Capture the family that calls before a surgery, draft the will and trust in Florida's own execution terms, and keep the probate dates in one place. Every draft is for an attorney to review before it is signed.
A matter, start to finish
The first call
The Website Intake Assistant talks to a visitor at any hour, collects their name, contact details and what they want to plan for, and saves them to Matter Management as an Inquiry.
The rules
Ask the AI Law Assistant how Florida handles the question, such as the signing rules for a will or the claims period in a probate, with its sources.
The documents
The Document Drafter writes the will, the revocable trust and the notice to creditors from the family's facts. Save a deadline and the draft is written a few days ahead.
The follow-through
Reply to the family, the trustee or the bank with the Email Assistant. Each draft is saved for review and nothing is sent without you.
Watch it work
A visitor who wants a will before surgery, a will and revocable trust for a couple, and a creditor notice drafted before its claims period ends. All three are fictional families, and every result is a shortened sample.

The documents an estate planning firm uses
These are real Document Drafter types. Lengths are for the document itself, and about 450 words fill a page.
Will / Trust
A will, a revocable trust or both, with the distribution plan, the fiduciaries and the execution and witness pages. Detailed length runs about 4,000 to 6,000 words (9 to 13 pages). Professional and Enterprise.
Client Letter
Plain-English steps for the client, such as what to bring to the signing or how to fund a trust. Standard length runs about 400 to 700 words. Every plan.
Retainer Agreement
The engagement for a plan or an administration, with the scope, the fee and the fiduciary's duties. Standard length runs about 1,600 to 2,600 words. Every plan.
Legal Memo
An internal memorandum on an estate question, with authority left for you to fill in and verify. Standard length runs about 1,400 to 2,300 words. Every plan.
Checklist
A working checklist for a signing or an estate's first steps, such as the assets to inventory. Standard length runs about 300 to 600 words. Professional and Enterprise.
Settlement Letter
Proposes or confirms a settlement between heirs or beneficiaries, with an acceptance deadline and release language. Standard length runs about 700 to 1,200 words. Every plan.
Estate rules are set by Florida's probate code
Ramtek's state reference file covers filing periods for injury and contract claims. For estate planning the tools answer from the Florida probate code with its sources, and the table lists the rules they draft around.
| Matter | Where the rule comes from | What the tool does |
|---|---|---|
| Signing a will | Fla. Stat. § 732.502 | Drafts the attestation with two witnesses and a self-proving affidavit. Witness and signing steps are for the attorney to supervise |
| No will (intestate succession) | Fla. Stat. § 732.102 | Explains the default shares with its source, so the client sees what happens without a will |
| Claims against an estate | Fla. Stat. § 733.702 | Drafts the notice to creditors. The claims period runs from the first publication of the notice |
Confirm the current rule before you rely on it. Probate and trust rules change, and the family's assets decide which steps apply.
What it does not do
It does not decide capacity or undue influence
It drafts the plan from the facts you give it. Whether the client has capacity and is free of undue influence is for the attorney to judge.
It does not value an estate
It does not estimate the value of property, a tax liability or what heirs will receive. It drafts around the figures you enter.
It does not file with the court
Nothing is filed with a probate court or a bank. Every document is a draft for an attorney to review, sign and file.
It does not give tax advice
It does not model estate or gift tax. A tax adviser handles that for larger estates.
