How the tools fit a civil litigation matter, the documents involved and the rules they draft around.
How a matter moves
The first call
The Website Intake Assistant talks to a client at any hour, collects their name, contact details and the dispute, and saves them to Matter Management as an Inquiry with a draft follow-up.
The rules
Ask the AI Law Assistant for the answer period, the discovery limits or the motion rules, with its sources. Matter Management keeps the service and response dates you enter.
The discovery and motions
The Document Drafter writes the discovery requests, the motions and the client letters from your facts. Save a response date and the draft is written a few days ahead.
The follow-through
Reply to opposing counsel with the Email Assistant, and on Enterprise plan the case itself with Litigation Strategy. Nothing is served without you.

Civil procedure is set by the Florida rules
Ramtek's state reference file covers filing periods for claims. For a pending case the tools answer from the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure with their sources, and the table lists the rules they draft around. The court's own orders control over the general rule.
| Matter | Where the rule comes from | What the tool does |
|---|---|---|
| Answer to a complaint or counterclaim | Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.140(a) | Gives the 20-day period from service, with its source. The attorney confirms the service date and any extension |
| Interrogatories and requests for production | Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.340 and 1.350 | Gives the 30-day response period and the numerical limit on interrogatories. The attorney checks the case's own limits |
| Motion practice | Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.100(b) and the local rules | Drafts the motion with its argument and a proposed order. The local court's motion rules and hearing practice are for the attorney to confirm |
Confirm the current rule, the case's scheduling order and the local rules before you rely on them. Rules are amended regularly.
What it will not do for you
It does not appear in court
Nothing is filed or argued before a judge. Every motion, response and letter is a draft for an attorney to review and file.
It does not check cases are still good law
Its case authority is for the attorney to verify and update. It does not confirm that a cited decision is still followed.
It does not value a claim
It does not estimate damages, a verdict or a settlement range. It drafts around the figures you give it.
It does not serve or send
Discovery is not served and no letter is sent without an attorney. Every document is a draft for review.
