From the first handshake to the signed agreement.
Capture the owner who calls about a supplier, draft the NDA and the notice letter in your state's terms, and keep every renewal and notice date in one place. Every draft is for an attorney to review before it is used.
A matter, start to finish
The first call
The Website Intake Assistant talks to a business owner at any hour, collects their name, contact details and what the problem is, and saves them to Matter Management as an Inquiry with a draft follow-up.
The contract
The Contract Analyzer flags risky clauses, the notice terms and the renewal date in a supply agreement, lease or services contract.
The documents
The Document Drafter writes the NDA, the retainer and the notice letter from your facts. Save a notice deadline and the draft is written a few days ahead.
The follow-through
Reply to the counterparty or its counsel with the Email Assistant. Each draft is saved for review and nothing is sent without you.
Watch it work
A business owner's call about a supplier, a mutual NDA for a bid, and a renewal notice drafted ahead of its deadline. All three are fictional businesses, and every result is a shortened sample.

Business rules differ by matter and by state
Ramtek's state reference file covers filing periods for contract claims. For business matters the tools answer from Florida's statutes with their sources, and the table lists the rules they draft around.
| Matter | Where the rule comes from | What the tool does |
|---|---|---|
| Forming an LLC | Florida Revised Limited Liability Company Act, Fla. Stat. ch. 605 | Drafts operating agreement terms from your facts. The state filing is made separately |
| Breach of a written contract | Fla. Stat. § 95.11 | Gives the limitations period with its source. The start date depends on when the breach happened |
| Confidential information | Florida Uniform Trade Secrets Act, Fla. Stat. ch. 688 | Drafts NDA protection. Whether information is a trade secret is a fact question for the attorney |
Confirm the current rule before you rely on it. Contracts often set their own notice and renewal dates, which control over the general rule.
What it does not do
It does not review a deal for tax
It does not give tax advice or model the tax effect of a transaction. A tax adviser handles that.
It does not file with the state
Nothing is filed with the Division of Corporations or any agency. Every document is a draft for an attorney to review and file.
It does not value a business
It does not estimate a price, a valuation or the value of an asset. It drafts around the figures you give it.
It does not send or sign
Every NDA, notice and email is a draft for an attorney to review and send.
Which plan includes what

Questions
What business firms ask before they start.
Does Ramtek find the renewal or notice date?
It reads the contract and flags the notice and renewal terms, so you see them first. The date you enter is what Matter Management keeps. An attorney confirms every notice date against the contract.
Can it draft an NDA?
Yes. The Document Drafter writes a mutual or one-way NDA from the parties and the purpose you give it. It is a draft for an attorney to review.
Does it handle the state filing for a new company?
No. It drafts the operating agreement terms from your facts, citing Florida's LLC Act. The filing with the state is made separately.
How does a business inquiry reach us?
On Professional and Enterprise, the Website Intake Assistant collects the caller's name, contact details and a short account of the problem, saves them to Matter Management as an Inquiry, and drafts a follow-up for an attorney to review. Nothing is sent to the caller without an attorney.
Is it legal advice?
No. Everything it writes is a draft for an attorney to review. Its answers come with sources so you can check them.
Is my firm's data used to train AI models?
No. Our AI provider's terms prohibit using what we send through its API to train models. The provider may keep it for up to 30 days for trust-and-safety monitoring and then deletes it.
